- Maintain 24/7 chat support
- Maintain 24/7 social media support
- Quick resolution to queries and support ticketsI
- Take part in implementing insights and product improvements to continuously improve customer experience
- Adopt a data driven approach to manage and iteratively improve customer experience
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Basic crypto knowledge and community management
- Empathetic with a customer-oriented attitude while following a data driven approach to customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
