We are a blockchain-based energy standard monetary system, issuing two cryptocurrencies. Our aim is to make our stable coin a universal standard for the quantification of economic value. We have 7+ products in the pipeline in a ready to launch mode, we plan to deliver numerous projects and applications set to revolutionize the blockchain industry and the global payments market. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain 24/7 chat support
  • Maintain 24/7 social media support
  • Quick resolution to queries and support ticketsI
  • Take part in implementing insights and product improvements to continuously improve customer experience
  • Adopt a data driven approach to manage and iteratively improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service 
  • Basic crypto knowledge and community management
  • Empathetic with a customer-oriented attitude while following a data driven approach to customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
